Role Purpose

Drive and support our customers to have epic experiences with Sharesies.

Key responsibilities

- Drive customer success through lovable written responses
What success looks like:

- Champion security for our investors, and staff. Complying with regulatory and security requirements
What success looks like:

- Championing the customer throughout Sharesies. Reporting of key customer insights to Sharesies Team
What success looks like:

- Assist with new developments and launches, assisting Marketing & Product as needed.

Reports to: Customer Care Manager

Direct Reports: None

Hours: Full-time (40 hours)

Key relationships:

Internal: Customer Associate(s), Customer Care Manager, Chief Product and Marketing Officer, Customer Success Manager, Operations Manager, Chief Product Engineer, Product Designer and wider Sharesies team

External: Sharesies investors, the people of New Zealand!
